IT IS A CONDITION OF INSURANCE THAT WE WILL NOT AND CAN NOT HIRE AN INFLATABLE TO BE SET-UP ON COMMUNAL OR PUBLIC LAND WITHOUT THE WRITTEN CONSENT OF THE LEGAL LAND OWNER.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Q: Can adults use the inflatable?

A: Adults can only use the inflatable if it is rated for adult use.

NO Adults are to use any inflatable unless specified by Ace Inflatables.

Q: How big does my garden need to be?

A: You will need a minimum of 3ft clearance down both sides, and a minimum of 6ft at the rear to accommodate the blower and tube.

You should also allow 6ft in front of the inflatable to allow people on and off safely.

Q: How is the inflatable powered?

A: All you need is a standard 13 Amp EARTHED socket within 25 meters of where you would like the inflatable sited. If you have no power point nearby we can supply a generator for £50, this comes with a full 25 litre tank of fuel . All our extension leads come fitted with an RCD as standard for your safety.

Q: Do I need to use the blower after the inflatable is inflated?

A: Yes, the inflatable relies on continuous air pressure from the blower to keep it inflated.

Q: Do you charge for delivery?

A: Free delivery is provided within a 10 mile radius of Braintree.

Q: Do you charge a deposit?

A: No deposit is required, full payment in cash is compulsory on delivery.

Q: Do you charge a cancellation fee?

A: We do not charge a fee for cancellation provided we are notified before delivery commences.

Q: How long can I have the inflatable for?

A: Your hire times can be arranged to suit your event, we will arrange a convenient time for delivery and collection with you.

Q: Do Ace Inflatables carry Public Liability Insurance?

A: Yes, £5 Million, It is important that the hirer appreciates what this means. PLI covers the hirer against inappropriate or unsafe set-up, or faulty equipment. It DOES NOT protect you (the hirer) against loss, damage or injury caused through either negligent use of the equipment, or altering any aspect of the set-up after delivery, or through normal use where accidents may occur.
