CASTLES WILL BE COLLECTED AT DUSK UNLESS ADEQUATE LIGHTING IS PROVIDED

IT IS A CONDITION OF INSURANCE THAT WE WILL NOT AND CAN NOT HIRE AN INFLATABLE TO BE SET-UP ON COMMUNAL OR PUBLIC LAND WITHOUT THE WRITTEN CONSENT OF THE LEGAL LAND OWNER.

DELIVERIES

Delivery and collection times are arranged with you at the time of booking and will be made at the agreed times.

Please read our Terms & Conditions carefully for delivery and access advice.

Deliveries will not be made through the house, unless we are notified at the time of booking. Please make sure you have sufficient access for delivery of the Inflatable.

If you are unsure please contact us, we will be happy to talk with you or visit your premises to advise you on any questions you may have.

We offer free delivery up to 10 miles, over 10 miles to 20 miles there is a £10 delivery charge. We usually do not deliver over 20 miles, but is subject to other bookings on the day. Please be aware when you book a castle our mileage is four times your distance from us, (i.e. If you are 10 miles away from us, we have to travel 40 miles to complete your hire, the time we spend travelling on the road impacts on the other customers we have on the day)

We offer free delivery within the area circled on the map above

There will be a £10 delivery charge to properties outside the free area but inside the circled area shown on the map above.

These travelling distances are negotiable depending on other commitments.
