IT IS A CONDITION OF INSURANCE THAT WE WILL NOT AND CAN NOT HIRE AN INFLATABLE TO BE SET-UP ON COMMUNAL OR PUBLIC LAND WITHOUT THE WRITTEN CONSENT OF THE LEGAL LAND OWNER.

About us

Ace Inflatables are based in Braintree, Essex. We are a family run business hiring Quality Bouncy Castles to the local community.

With children of our own, we all know how disappointed the children get when that special occasion doesn't go as planed, i.e., your castle doesn't get delivered on time or not at all!. We make sure every effort is made to deliver on time, every time to ensure your day goes smoothly.

All you have to do is contact us by phone or use the contact page on this website.

We arrive & set-up, at the end of your hire period we return to collect the inflatable, pack everything away and leave, you have nothing to arrange (just a standard 13 amp socket within 25 - 35 meters) we do all the rest for you.

All our castles are regularly pressure washed and sanitized, brushed and wiped out before and after every hire, so you can be sure your castle will be clean when it is set-up. There are occasions when it is not possible to clean an inflatable, i.e. if it is raining, but we try to do our best.

Ace Inflatables take safety very seriously.

We carry £5 Million Public Liability Insurance.

We are a member of The Inflatable Play Enterprise (TIPE),

who set out guidelines that we follow, and are a great source of information

for the hire company and general public.

All our electrical equipment is PAT Tested yearly for your safety.

All our Inflatables are PIPA compliant.

Purchased with the manufacturers 1 year Safety Certificate.

When the manufacturers Certificate expires we have the Inflatable PIPA Tested.

This verifies the Inflatable is safe to hire commercially & complies with all HSE Standards.

This can be verified by clicking on the PIPA logo found on each castle page and entering the PIPA TAG Number.

A PIPA tag means:

Designed to recognised standard based on safety
Tested by nationally qualified inspector
Equipment approved for commercial use
